Eucalyptus - Excellent in vaporizers during cold and flu season, clears a stuffy head and congestion, aids fevers, sinus, bronchitis, kills airborne germs because it is a powerful antiseptic. Long history and common in many of today's over the counter cold preparations. Put a few drops in shampoo to control dandruff. It is also a good deodorant.
Lavender - Mild fragrance,widely known for its relaxation properties. Calms and refreshes.Speeds healing, great for cuts, burns and insect bites. A drop on a tissue under your pillow or on your nightstand with ease insomnia. Excellent for headache relief, depression and PMS.
Peppermint -Commonly used as a flavoring. Aids digestion, relieves headaches, nausea and fatigue. Clears the head and stimulates thinking. Makes an excellent foot massage (mixed with carrier oil).
Rosemary - Fresh, camphor fragrance aids in concentration and improving mental clarity.Great for circulatory problems, sore muscles, rheumatic and arthritic pain. Inhaling Rosemary helps relieve burning inside the nose when suffering from allergies or sinus difficulties.
Rose Geranium -Aids poor circulation and is great for the skin. Eases nervous tension, stress and depression. Has powerful antiseptic properties. Disburse into the air with a diffuser.
Sweet Orange -Very uplifting and positive. Sweet, warm aroma. Stimulates circulation, fights infection and reduces inflammation. Great for simmering pots on the stove or wood stove.
