Peppermint - Commonly used as a flavoring. Aids digestion, relieves headaches, nausea and fatigue. Clears the head and stimulates thinking. Makes an excellent foot massage (mixed with carrier oil).

Rosemary - Fresh, camphor fragrance aids in concentration and improving mental clarity.Great for circulatory problems, sore muscles, rheumatic and arthritic pain. Inhaling Rosemary helps relieve burning inside the nose when suffering from allergies or sinus difficulties.

Palmarosa - Is uplifting and balancing to the emotions. Eases nervous tension, stress and depression. Palmarosa also moisturizes the skin and helps stimulate cell regeneration. It is mild, non toxic and safe for all skin types. Has powerful antiseptic properties.
